Outputs and behavior

Store checkable claims that your agent extracted from a saved item. Use after reading its evidence; use verify_claim to record supporting or conflicting evidence and list_claims to inspect existing claims. Appends claim rows in extracted state and returns their IDs. The agent performs decomposition; this tool does not determine truth. BYO model execution is not implemented.
