The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Use it at your own discretion and keep backups of work you care about.

Uoink is designed and built for personal research and study. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of video, podcast, transcript, screenshot, and comment material captured with Uoink complies with the Terms of Service, copyright policies, and API guidelines of YouTube, Reddit, X (Twitter), and any other source platforms. Uoink does not host, share, or claim any ownership rights over third-party media.
Trademark and brand.
Uoink is Ryan Biddy's product name and mark. Avoid impersonating the project or representing unofficial builds as official.
