Outputs and behavior

Read all stored transcript and screenshot citations for one saved capture. Use for citation timing and source links without the full corpus; use get_uoink_corpus for Markdown or export_cited_range for a bounded cue-aligned export. Returns separate transcript and screenshot lists with source-aware deep links where available. Requires a saved video_id in the item's sidecar; missing captures return an error.
