Outputs and behavior

Report saved-library capture activity, shelf churn and standing-source observations for a time interval. Use for counts and revision-bound drill-down; use get_library_brief_input for a daily writing packet or source_status for one source's observations. Start with a summary, then reuse its report_revision for detail pages. Returns deterministic metrics and evidence; stale detail revisions require a fresh summary.
