Read consolidated TASTE.md preferences and performance anchors. Use for writing or example-selection context; use get_user_memory for hand-edited personal notes or update_user_taste to replace a preference section. If missing, regenerates the file from local engagement and anchors, including a configured vault mirror. Returns content and path without calling a model.
