Outputs and behavior

List Librarian assignment counts and one cursor page of work for a run. Use to inspect readiness before claim_library_work; use get_library_activity for aggregate library metrics. Listing expires stale leases and can update work state. Returns run revision, work states, manifest dispositions and waiting-client status. The server does not perform the Librarian's model work.
