Outputs and behavior

List registered podcast feeds newest first, including their saved polling settings. Use to obtain a feed_id before polling or removal; use list_podcast_episodes to inspect episodes and list_sources for standing-source consent. Returns feeds and their count. This call reads saved registrations without fetching RSS.
