Outputs and behavior

List standing RSS, YouTube channel and playlist sources with consent, enrollment, daily allowance and detection health. Use to find source_id values and compare source states; use source_status for one source's observations or list_podcast_feeds/list_monitored_playlists for legacy feed and playlist IDs. Returns a keyset page from local storage. Pass its cursor unchanged to continue; no poll or capture starts.
