Outputs and behavior

Refresh metadata for one registered podcast feed through the source-aware polling path. Use after add_podcast_feed when new episode observations are needed; use list_podcast_episodes to read cached episodes without a fetch. Managed sources honor detection due times and leases. Polling records observations; capture remains subject to separate source consent and scheduling. Returns the poll outcome or a feed error.
