Outputs and behavior

Delete a saved writing-style reference. Use after list_style_anchors identifies the reference; use add_style_anchor to save a replacement. Supply anchor_id or its id alias; anchor_id takes precedence. Returns the selected ID and whether it was removed. Previously saved writing pieces remain.
