Outputs and behavior

Find transcript windows in saved items, with timing, source links and ranked snippets. Use to locate quotable passages; use search_uoinks for whole items or search_library for bounded clip-first results with resource URIs. Long source cues keep coarse timing and link to the cue start. Semantic modes can fall back to keyword; inspect the returned search-mode metadata and passage verification before quoting.
