Outputs and behavior

Retrieve a bounded, clip-first selection of saved-library matches with revision-bound card and excerpt URIs. Use for citation-ready research; use search_uoinks for whole-item filters or search_clips for more transcript windows. Check passage_verified before quoting; citation_reason explains missing passages. Follow resource URIs with read_library_resource and next_step for more retrieval. Results are not exhaustive; search-mode metadata explains keyword fallback.
