Outputs and behavior

Enable or disable standing capture for a registered source after local confirmation. Use after register_source and source_status; use remove_podcast_feed or remove_monitored_playlist to stop their monitoring entirely. Requires current revisions and a dashboard-minted intent. Enabling permits at most 25 initial back-catalog items and 10 starts per UTC day; disabling releases unstarted reservations. Identical operation-key retries return the stored receipt; active captures are not cancelled by disabling.
