Outputs and behavior

Save user-provided text as a local searchable note with title and attribution. Use for pasted ideas or prose without fetching a source; use uoink_page for a web article or uoink_image for pixels. Returns the saved item ID, slug and metadata. Empty or invalid notes are refused; title can be derived from the text.
