what it does

The user-facing part.

Calibrate your local memory layer. You select a set of reference videos that define your research interests or script style. The helper uses these taste anchors to guide search weights and highlight relevant patterns in new captures. It helps align recommendations with your creative style without sharing your personal preferences with external services.

getting started

Run the loop.

  1. Open a video card in the dashboard.
  2. Click the star icon to designate it as a Taste Anchor.
  3. Open your settings to review active Taste Anchors.
  4. Toggle anchors on or off depending on your current project.
  5. Observe how search highlights adapt to your selections.
behind the scenes

How Uoink handles it.

The helper stores Taste Anchor selections in a local configurations table. When calculating relevance for search queries and recommendations, it applies a multiplier to documents matching the topic nodes of your anchors. This calculation runs on your GPU or CPU, ensuring your taste profile stays private. No analytics tags or profiles are sent online.
